All houses at Weiti Bay are governed by a Design Committee approval process in accordance with the Weiti Bay Architecture Code. The Code is designed to preserve house design quality and protect owners’ investments.
The Code protects each owners’ views and privacy via height limits, approved building platforms and envelopes. The Code protects quality through control of materials and design requirements but still allows owners’ substantial freedom to design the home of their dreams at the price they wish to invest.
