O Mahurangi Penlink

Construction on the much-anticipated O Mahurangi Penlink has started and its completion in 2026 will make Weiti Bay very connected, but without disrupting the unique peace and tranquillity. O Mahurangi – Penlink will be a new seven-kilometre highway between Whangaparāoa Road and State Highway 1 and it will provide direct access from Weiti Bay into all the amenity and services of Whangaparāoa’s Town Center, unlocking significant value for the area.

The Weiti Village

The future neighbouring Weiti Village will provide a higher density housing development with a wide variety of retail facilities and amenities. The Weiti Village will provide a variety of house types including standalone houses, town houses, terraced houses and apartments.
